'The Money Man' ~ I don't remember what his actual title was, but I do remember that he had something to do with the U.S. Treasury Dept. (I think)....Anyways, another very interesting person to caricature or as I say 'Toon. Even threw in a lil' piggy bank for emphasis.... ~WmD.
